I am also surprised by the one star reviews. I purchased our BC puppy from Faye in Dec 2020 and he is the most beautiful dog with such a lovely nature. We couldn’t be happier!
When I first contacted Faye, she spent half an hour on the phone answering my questions and offering advice. She was professional and direct which I appreciated.
In the interest of the animal’s health, it was explained why I couldn’t handle the puppies when I went to view the dogs. I thought this was professional and reasonable. Faye and her husband took the time to show me around their property and allowed me to meet the puppies parents. I asked many direct questions and was provided with direct, honest answers, which was appreciated and made our decision to purchase a puppy easy.
Our BC puppy was healthy and well socialised. He settled into our family very quickly and we have had no issues. Many people have commented on what a beautiful dog our BC is and have asked where we got him from. We have always spoken highly of our experience at Mickleham Lodge and recommended they contact Faye.
